What every plan includes, and what it never will

Every plan is isolated

There is no shared tier and there never will be. One sandbox, one vault, one memory store per customer is an invariant, not an upsell.

Overage is $1.50 per escalation

Past your allowance, each additional diagnosed escalation is billed at $1.50. No throttling, no surprise suspension mid-incident.

No free tier, on purpose

A cheap tier invites probe loops that invert the unit economics, and a pooled small tier would break tenant isolation. We would rather say no than ship either.

What counts as an escalation?

One signal taken through a full differential diagnosis to a verdict — whether that verdict becomes a drafted reply or an escalation packet. Follow-up messages on the same signal are not billed again.

Why is there no per-seat pricing?

Because the value is measured in engineer-hours removed, not logins added. Charging per seat would penalise you for letting more of your team read the evidence, which is the opposite of what we want.

How should we think about ROI?

Anchor on the engineer-hour, not the ticket. A senior engineer is loaded at roughly $100–150 an hour, and the discovery phase of a tier-2 escalation is typically 45 minutes. Four in five escalations resolving without that phase is the whole argument.

Is there a pilot?

Starter is the pilot. It is a real month on your real queue, and if the replay report against your own history does not convince your engineers, there is nothing for us to argue with.
